Intercom Integration

1. Install the Intercom Integration

Head here to start the Integration:

2. Connect Intercom

Click 'Connect Intercom"

3. Authorize Access

4. Search, Vote, Add Ideas

You can now access Frill through the Integration Inbox Sidebar.

5. Add Frill to Intercom Messenger

Head here: https://app.frill.co/settings/company/integrations/intercom

Click "Add to Intercom Messenger"

You can now add Frill to Messenger, paying close attention to whether you would like to show the widget to visitors or users:

6. Edit the Intercom Fidget from Frill

Head here: https://app.frill.co/settings/company/integrations/intercom

Click "Edit the Widget"

You can now chose what sections to add to your Intercom Messenger widget.
